Parkrun / Parkwalk

Chalgrave Sports Club support and promote the local Parkrun at Houghton Hall Park.

The event takes place every single week at 9:00 on a Saturday morning, and CSC usually try and attend once a month (usually on the first Saturday of the month) to meet up and socialise before (from 08:30 onwards) and after the 5k run/walk. See below for upcoming dates when CSC will be attending.

The great thing about the Parkrun/ Parkwalk is that anyone can do it, whether you are an experienced runner, beginner or improving runner, building up to run 5k / ‘Couch to 5K’, a mix of jogging and walking, doing the ‘Mile a Day’ challenge, or even just wanting to walk the distance. You do it your way, at your pace, and nobody judges you.
