Big congratulations to Debbie Levy for smashing her Couch to 5K graduation run at Houghton Hall Parkrun on Saturday. CSC members were there to support and cheer her on, and previous graduate Mandy also managed to put in another 5K Parkrun.

Despite jet-setting for work and missing many of the group training sessions, Debbie kept up her training like a true trooper and delivered a solid performance on the day.

We’d planned to have a respected local figure present her well-earned medal, but when none were available, we had to settle for Phil Parry (thankfully he kept his speech under an hour… just).

Well done, Debbie, a great achievement.
