CSC would like to recognise and congratulate all those that have participated in the 2024 Mile a Day Challenge. The challenge attracted people of all levels, from those that would never normally walk or run anywhere, right up to serious competitive runners, and everyone else in-between. Whether you completed the challenge fully, came close, or just took part casually, you should be proud of what you have achieved, and hopefully it provided some motivation to push yourself to be more fit and active.
