CSC would like to recognise and congratulate all those that have participated in the 2023 Mile a Day Challenge. The challenge attracted people of all levels, from those that would never normally walk or run anywhere, right up to serious competitive runners, and everyone else in-between. Whether you completed the challenge fully, came close, or just took part casually, you should be proud of what you have achieved, and hopefully it provided some motivation to push yourself to be more fit and active.

Challenge Champion (Gold Award) – Awarded to those dedicated people that have successfully completed the challenge without missing a single day throughout the whole year. Congratulations and well done on a fantastic achievement.
Challenge Commended (Silver Award) – Awarded to those who were unlucky due to illness, injury, or circumstances, and had to miss a few (less than 10) days throughout the year but would have otherwise completed the challenge. Well done on a truly great effort.
Challenge Participant (Bronze Award) – Awarded to those that started the challenge and gave it a good go but did not finish. Well done for trying and achieving what you did.
