Beautiful morning for a Houghton Hall Parkrun/Parkwalk in the warming spring sunshine. We had 6 members (one missed out on the photo) taking part, some running, some walking, and some doing a bit of both to complete the 5k. Well done to all.

CSC normally attend the Parkrun/Parkwalk on or around the first Saturday of the month (keep an eye on our events page to see when we are next there) so why not come down and join us sometime. It is very informal and friendly, and we will give support and encouragement no matter what your ability.
