1 hour class with professional yoga teacher Rachel (RYT 200 Registered). Everyone welcome, all ages and abilities, including complete beginners. Doors open from 10:45 to allow you time to pay and get setup before the session starts. The cost of the classes is £5 for CSC members or £7 for non-members. Know someone who might like to try a yoga class, bring them along as your guest and they get their first class for free.
The classes are suitable for all ages, genders, and abilities, with complete beginners particularly welcome. You can either bring your own yoga mat or we can provide one for you to use. If you or any of your friends are interested in coming along please let us know by clicking that you are ‘Interested’ for the event date, or by leaving us a comment below. You can just turn up on the day but it helps us if we have an idea of numbers and ensures that you will have a place reserved should it be at capacity.
