Saturday Morning Yoga:
1 hour yoga class with professional teacher Rachel (RYT 200 Registered). Everyone welcome, all ages and abilities, including complete beginners. For further information please visit the Yoga section of our website. Doors open from 10:45 to allow you time to pay and get setup before the session starts. The subsidised cost of the classes is £3 for CSC members or £5 for non-members (CSC membership available for just £10 per year).
To reserve a place at this class, please use the ‘Book Now‘ button or see the booking options below. If you are booking for more than one person, please enter the names of those attending in the comments box. If you require the use of a chair (seated yoga) or have any special needs, please note this is the comments box. Payment for the class will be taken on the day by card/contactless. cash, or bank transfer.
You can just turn up on the day but it helps us if we have an idea of numbers and ensures that you will have a place reserved should it be at capacity. Please feel free to share details of our yoga classes with anyone else who you think may be interested.
Children are welcome but please be advised that anyone under the age of 18 who participates in our events or activities must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or an adult guardian at all times. Please see our policy regarding children for further information.
