On Wednesday 8th April 2026 the clubs AGM will take place at 7:30pm at The Fancott Arms pub. Club members as well as the public are invited to attend.

There will be a financial report from the Treasurer and the Chairman will present the annual report including details on the club’s activities and achievements over the past year and plans for the forthcoming year. General club business matters will be discussed along with executive committee nominees and elections.
