DESCRIPTION:Saturday Morning Yoga:\n1 hour yoga class with professional tea
 cher Rachel (RYT 200 Registered). Everyone welcome\, all ages and abilitie
 s\, including complete beginners. Doors open from 10:45 to allow you time 
 to pay and get setup before the session starts. The subsidised cost of the
  classes is £3 for CSC members or £5 for non-members. For further inform
 ation please visit the Yoga section of our website.\n\nTo reserve a place 
 at this class\, please use the 'Book Now' button or see the booking option
 s below. If you are booking for more than one person\, please enter the na
 mes of those attending in the comments box. If you require the use of a ch
 air (seated yoga) or have any special needs\, please note this is the comm
 ents box. Payment for the class will be taken on the day by card/contactle
 ss. cash\, or bank transfer.\n\nYou can just turn up on the day but it hel
 ps us if we have an idea of numbers and ensures that you will have a place
  reserved should it be at capacity. Please feel free to share details of o
 ur yoga classes with anyone else who you think may be interested.\n\nChild
 ren are welcome but please be advised that anyone under the age of 18 who 
 participates in our events or activities must be accompanied and supervise
 d by a parent or an adult guardian at all times. Please see our policy reg
