DESCRIPTION:Monday Evening Yoga:\n1 hour yoga class with professional teach
 er Rachel (RYT 200 Registered). Everyone welcome\, all ages and abilities\
 , including complete beginners. For further information please visit the Y
 oga section of our website. Doors open from 6:45pm to allow you time to pa
 y and get setup before the session starts. The subsidised cost of the clas
 ses is £6 for CSC members or £9 for non-members (CSC membership availabl
 e for just £10 per year).\n\nTo reserve a place at this class\, please us
 e the 'Book Now' button or see the booking options below. If you are booki
 ng for more than one person\, please enter the names of those attending in
  the comments box. If you require the use of a chair (seated yoga) or have
  any special needs\, please note this is the comments box. Payment for the
  class will be taken on the day by card/contactless. cash\, or bank transf
 er.\n\nYou can just turn up on the day but it helps us if we have an idea 
 of numbers and ensures that you will have a place reserved should it be at
  capacity. Please feel free to share details of our yoga classes with anyo

 e be advised that anyone under the age of 18 who participates in our event
 s or activities must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or an adult
