DESCRIPTION:Monday Evening Yoga:\n1 hour yoga class with professional teach
 er Rachel (RYT 200 Registered). Everyone welcome\, all ages and abilities\
 , including complete beginners. Doors open from 6:45pm to allow you time t
 o pay and get setup before the session starts. The subsidised cost of the 
 classes is £3 for CSC members or £5 for non-members. For further informa
 tion please visit the Yoga section of our website.\n\nTo reserve a place a
 t this class\, please use the 'Book Now' button or see the booking options
  below. If you are booking for more than one person\, please enter the nam
 es of those attending in the comments box. If you require the use of a cha
 ir (seated yoga) or have any special needs\, please note this is the comme
 nts box. Payment for the class will be taken on the day by card/contactles
 s. cash\, or bank transfer.\n\nYou can just turn up on the day but it help
 s us if we have an idea of numbers and ensures that you will have a place 
 reserved should it be at capacity. Please feel free to share details of ou
 r yoga classes with anyone else who you think may be interested.\n\nChildr
 en are welcome but please be advised that anyone under the age of 18 who p
 articipates in our events or activities must be accompanied and supervised
  by a parent or an adult guardian at all times. Please see our policy rega
