DESCRIPTION:Monday Evening Yoga:\n1 hour yoga class with professional teach
 er Rachel (RYT 200 Registered). Everyone welcome\, all ages and abilities\
 , including complete beginners. Doors open from 6:45pm to allow you time t
 o pay and get setup before the session starts. The subsidised cost of the 
 classes is £3 for CSC members or £5 for non-members. For further informa
 tion please visit the Yoga section of our website.\n\nTo reserve a place a
 t this class\, please use the 'Book Now' button or see the booking options
  below. If you are booking for more than one person\, please enter the nam
 es of those attending in the comments box. Payment for the class will be t
 aken on the day by card/contactless. cash\, or bank transfer.\n\nYou can j
 ust turn up on the day but it helps us if we have an idea of numbers and e
 nsures that you will have a place reserved should it be at capacity. Pleas
 e feel free to share details of our yoga classes with anyone else who you 
 think may be interested.\n\nChildren are welcome but please be advised tha
 t anyone under the age of 18 who participates in our events or activities 
 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or an adult guardian at all
